This is for the Bullet 4. Perhaps looking at the 3 wiring diagrams will help you resolve your questions.

Diagrams and other info were spot-on alarm and sense and tell module working as it should.
Smart windows is getting there slowly .
Not sure if the windows need programing because i was in valet mode when installing and it shuts windows but leaves an inch vent when arming the alarm in valet mode but when out of valet they dont close or move at all.
thanks again Tek my car is safe from tea leaves again.

Which iteration of Window are you using? Perhaps I can read over the installation manual and shed some light on the matter.

Smart windows 2 is what im using
the guide on how to install window closure modules you posted in my othe thread helped loads and i think i got most of it correct because the windows still operate o.k
only thing thats changed is passenger side now works as one touch operation same as driver side .
drivers side window needs 2 taps of the window switch instead of orginal one touch but still fully closes.
you can here the relays in the smart windows module clicking away .
