Hey guyz, Just purchased a Viper 791xv last week, and was getting it put into my car by an installer. He had everything going right but hwen he came down to the remote start my car would not turn over. He would hit the remote start button and all my car would do is crank and the car wuodl keep revving. I finally spoke to him a few hours after that and he told me that the remote starter was getting 12v of power constant which was not good. He said it was basically like you manually turning the key , letting the car crank for 5-10 seconds. This couild cause gridnig and mess up the car. DId he not isntall it right? or did I get a fualy piece? 12v of constant power not good for the remote starter relay pack??
Someone pls. help me out here.

There are two Starter wires on this car make sure the second starter wire is connected.
STARTER 2 is (RED / BLUE) and is located at IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS.
