Ground led to H/U metal ok?

Hi just a quick question regrading ground lead....can i wire the "GROUND" lead on the HU metal?????
Will it damage the H/U if i do that?

It sounds like your asking can you ground the radio to itself? I would say no if thats what your asking. You need to find a good spot under or behind the dash. A piece of dash mounting bracket or even something close to the floorboard. If you look aroung under there you may even see places where the factory has a few gounds. Those would also be ok places to ground.

Your HU case should be at ground potential, so depending on what you're talking about it won't hurt anything.  What "ground lead" are you thinking of connecting here?

Well you know how there is Power, Acc and Ground????...that is what i try to connect.for new car audio H/U.

oh yes Im sorry , I miis understood you earlier. You CAN indeed hook up to those same factory wires to the new radio. They should serve the same purpose.

One more thing i got a 1994 Camry and atm the front speaker is 4" should i replace it with a 6x9 if so how hard to replace it, i am going to run a 12" sub in the rear.

Are you asking if you can replace your front 4 inch speaker with a 6X9. If so shame on you :) Its not a good Idea at all. If you want to go bigger stay with a round speaker and mabye do kick pods or something to that end

i hate 6x9's      when you hear 6.5 components over any 6x9 guess whats gonna win...I will always run componenet sets all the way around the car

ground all grounds to one central spot. this is called star circutry. just like your tail lights. thiis is the most important part of your car audio system. please check out the connection going to your starter the eye lid rots out fast.
1st place sound if the windows arent shaken youv been taken
