So do you think the duraglas wont work?

If you look at alpines website they use superglue and duraglas to hold their boxes together with.   But if you guys tell me it wont work then ill glass it.

Just please let me know again.

Oh also should I take the dowels holding the speaker rings out or just leave them in there?

I hot glued them into place.

I took the dowels out, now that the fiberglass has it in place you don't need them.

Where can you get duraglass? I did my sisters box with some weak 8's and only used 3 - 4 layers and the box flex's a little bit, but she is happy with the end result. I am also wondering what do you guys cover the enclosures with?

Like carpet wise, where do I get carpet covering stuff, I don't know of any shops in my area. Could I go to like tweeters or car toys to get some enclosure covering?

I think we are the only active people that are playing around :P

I am going to drive down the local marine shop today and get 2 gallons of fiberglass and then I am going to start my project on my car.

I didn't like the fabric I got for my sisters box and I am gonig to go get some carpet. I think it will look a lot better. THe box looks kind of ugly and I will try and get some pictures of it later today.

My DSL service is down right now and I have to wait for new modems to come into the mail. Then I have to wait for them to turn my service on.
