I want very loud clear components that will blow my ears away. I want around 75 watts RMS on each or more. I plan on powering them by a memphis 75x4 amp or i can go bigger if i need to. I hear CDT, focal, MBQ, and cadence are great speakers, but can someone suggest an exact speaker by model number and brand? Thankyou

How much do you want to spend?
What kind of music do you like?

Memphis amp = no way for high end components. You want loud that will blow your ears away ... maybe you should copy my setup then. I have a Cadence ZRS-4 amplifer (125 W x 4 RMS @ 4ohms) and i run 2 sets of Cadence CVL-6K 6.5'' Components. This is a fantastic combo. VERY VERY LOUD AND CLEAR. I also recommend the HD series from CDT, the HD62 set. Focals are good and expensive, but the utopia's are fantastic. I love my cadence CVL-6K's though, they are the top of the line for the price. Check them out! That amp is insanely powerful, as that 125 is underrated, and will push any component you want! I love that amp! Here is a pic of it!  It is pretty big, as you can see it is bigger than my sealed box of 10'' JBL's in my room.  What components should i get? -- posted image.
"I don't play games. I play Nakamichi and that for real yo" - Probably some japanese kid said this in the early 80's trying to sell stereo out of his trunk lol.

There's nothing wrong with Memphis. Many would put Memphis in the same class as Cadence. Its fine if you want to tell everyone how much you like your product, but do you actually have any basis for saying that Memphis is not for high end components?

i like to listen to gangsta rap like underground memphis. Thats mostly the reason i like memphis audio is cause all my favorite rappers are from memphis. I am willing to spend $250 max on 2 components speakers and $350 max on 4 channel amp.

If you listen to gangsta rap midrange sound quality matters much less than highs and lows.
You might want to check out Focal's Access line. They are within your price range. Drive around to dealers in your area and ask to demo speakers. That's the only way to buy.

Not to make your choice any harder, but I would like to throw a couple awesome brands at you as well, Boston( the pro series are awesome), Diamond Audio(the Hex Series are awesome) and as well the MB Quarts(my favortie, not going to bash anyone else's things however, like some people, the Q-series is awesome but for your price range, hit up the bay and to the Reference series)

Memphis is a highly regarded brand and I've been very impressed with it. AJRXtreme, Memphis will be just fine for high quality components.

I have a 6x8" speaker space and i plan on getting a speaker adapter kit to fit a 6.5" component speaker. Can someone tell me if the bigger the size of speaker the louder it is or do all sizes sound the same?
