I have a 04 dodge ram, which has negative pulse single wire door locks. My remote start needs 3 negative pulses for start. How do I do that? No info I can find tells me how to get a signal FROM a single wire system.

Try using a validity channel and  pressing  it three times to send three pulses. Most remote starters add/on repuire two pulse but some can be programmed to one pulse . Hopefully that will give u a few ideas.

Crimestopper Model RS-901 viii.  I can program 2 or 3 pulses. Once it is wired I can then hit the lock button 2-3 times to trigger the remote start. The problem is I dont know how to get the negative pulse from the single wire door lock system.

You can set that unit to single pulse input. Don't remember how. It is in the install manual and program menu.
