dual audio?

my friend saw dual audio amps at best buy and i had never heard of them. he got one and said it was cleaner than his clarion. however for 70 bucks i cant believe that. anybody know anything?

thats what i was thinkin, they sounded like another bolt audio type of product.

Yeah dual is pretty much crap. Pep boys carries it to, they have a line of "Illuminite" speakers and subs that have blue neon lights on them...I guess someone is trying to outdo audiobahn in the tacky marketing gimmick department. I have heard the dual 12" subs ion the bandpass box. Sounds like crapppppp.

Dual used to be a very highly respected German company, but they went bankrupt in 2001.  A Korean company  (Namsung ) purchased the rights to use the name and anything you see today with the name "Dual" on it is very low-end.

well if people buy the fast and the furious subs, nitrous... then i'm sure there will be hondas out there sportin cool little subs with blue neon.

imo, , the dual is proolly better than clarion, , but thats just me, cuz i hate clarion.dual audio? -- posted image.

i sell clarion and dual. i think dual is an ok product, but its a low line. i carry clarion pro audio, which is one of my high lines, but the regular clarion amps are very low line as well. ha, i think my cost on their 400 watt mono amp is under a $100, ha. so it could be possible that the dual sounds better.
