WOW, thanks for the adivce. I guess Ill go with a single DVC orion 12" and the MB quarts for fronts. Ill wire it 4ohm and then Ill wire it 2 ohm and see how much of a difference there is, and let my ear choose how to run it. Youre absolutely right, i need no rear fill in a car where no one will ever sit i nthe back seat. So how do i wire the 5 channel amp to run 1 pair of mb quarts and 1 Dual 4 ohm 12"orion? Should I choose a different amp if Im only running the pair of  6 1/2's and 1 sub, or is the 5 channel a good idea if I bridge the 4 channels to 2 channels and then run the 5th channel to the dvc sub wired to 2 ohm? Thanks!!!!

Using a DVC 4 ohm sub puts you in the situation where you would need a class D mono amp to handle the load because you can't bridge 2 ohms onto a stereo amp.  You would most likely get the best bang for the buck by using two separate amps, a two channel and a mono D.  Unless you just happen to already have a 5 channel, I don't see how it would benefit you.  You would have much more to choose from going with separates, and thus much better bargaining power in purchasing.

The 5 channel sells for 200.00 on Ebay, thats why I was looking into it. Where else can I get enough power to run my fronts and 300 watts to a sub for 200.00 and stil lbe using a very respected name brand? If you have a better suggestion on which amps to buy please let me know. The equipment Im working with is:

10" DVC IDQ

two 12" orion DVC

12" SVC MTX 8000

Pair of old school MB Quart paper cone seperates.

75x2 MTX older (black with gold lettering. ONLY problem is Im not sure if its going bad. Its in my wifes car and she says the right channel goes out on occasscion. I dont know if its the amp or my wiring.)

Please tell me what to buy that will let me utilize the products I have lying around.

Buy the Hifonics.  That's cheap.  You don't have to use all the channels if you're just running fronts and sub.  But I wouldn't experiment with bridging the fronts if I were you.  Go with what is known to be true when powering components:  they are made to be powered at 4 ohms, use them at 4 ohms.

I'd go for the single IDQ 10". Model it out in WinISD if you're really concerned about the differences between subs, amps, and wiring.
