I wasn't sure if you had cleared this problem up, but there's a fuse for your dome/illum/radio in the fuse panel under the hood that you've blown. Your in-car fuse panel fuses may be fine, but check these too.

Chris_h is on to something. If you have multiple things in your vehicle not turning on, (dome lights, dash lights) I can almost guarentee there is a fuse blown. check under the hood.

The lights work, it is just that they have to be hooked up differently to work.
