I'll second the FS workmanship...... it's good. And no... I do not work for FS either, nor BestBuy. They have a pretty strong 12V department from what I've seen, and they do good work.
Does that Ewald character still work for Future Shop? Haven't seen hide nor hair of him in years.

PS: When's the Brandon store opening?

Ive seen my fair share of lousy comp techs at bby, but i know alot that are really good. I had one guy that was A+ and MCSE certified and called me at home one day cause he was doing a memory install and when he turned the computer on all it did was beep. After looking at the comp,  he tried to but the memory in backwards (and anyone who has done memory knows its key'ed to only go in one way) and he bent the pins in the memory slot shorting out the motherboard.

I also had one that was a former IBM field tech and couldnt manage to install a cdrom drive.

But again this does not mean all bby comp techs suck either.

Thanks Shaughn, I get those guys mixed up way to often. It seems like Dave is talking on more responsibilities as it pertains to the region every month.
