i bypass the clutch with the status, starter, ign, and acc output to the purple pigtail and clutch wire to the blue wire from the relay that compustar provided.

Please explain what you did with the BLUE wire from the main harness ? This wire is suppose to be for a 2nd IGN or ACC  or starter wire, not for the clutch. As far as reservation mode goes, you have to come to a stop in the car ( press the brake pedal ), pull up the hand brake, & then release the foot brake. The lights will flash and remove the key from the ignition switch. Make sure that you do not remove the key until your lights turn on or you hear a relay click from the CPU of the Compustar.

Did you use the starter disable relay that the system came with ? Make sure that you wired the proper side of the relay to the starter motor and the key side.

Did you test the clutch wire to see if it's a (-) or a (+) trigger ? Some Honda's use a (-) and some use the (+). Tst with a DMM. If you want to try this, get inside the car and get into ready mode, now stay in the vehicle and press the clutch in. Try to remote start the vehicle and if it works with the clutch pressed in, then you know that everything works except the clutch bypass. If it doesn't work, then you have other issues with the system.
