Too little hardener it will never cure. Too much hardener it will cure too quick and be brittle. If you put enough to make it harden in 2 days, well..I'm not sure. I'd say try to make it closer to whatever the product recomends. If it says 15 minutes then a you should still be good if it takes an hour. With it taking 2 days it seems like it would not be very strong as there is a fraction of the need hardener spread evenly throughout all of the filler. I'm not sure though. If I get a chance this weekend I may figure out some sort of experiment to test that. Regardless though, not to beat a dead horse, I lean away from using kitty hair for structural support in things like enclosures.Nik
