The 2006 Lexus GS300/430 has a push button start. But it also uses an immobilizer to prevent theft.

It may be possible to incorperate one into the RX330, but you will need a bunch of relays, and a way to bypass (not permanently) the immboilizer.

On the GS you press the button once for ACC, twice for ON, and three times shuts it off. If your foot is on the brake when you push it, the car will start.

You might have to use all or some of the parts from a remote start.
