headrest and visor monitors

wondering how to hookup two headrest monitors and one visor monitor together on one video output i am using a drop down monitor in the roof i already have the visor hooked up to the roof monitor. Can i use a y cable to hook up the two headrests together with the visor

You can use an Y adapter. Try to get 75 Ohm video cable, too. Your best bet is to buy a $25 video amplifier (nothing fancy, they are all basically the same). Put the video output of the source into the input of the video amplifier, and then drive up to 4 displays cleanly. This should do the trick.
