Here's a link... it was discussed after it was seen at the CES this year...
Personally, a 6000 dollar, 320 pound woofer in a 2500 dollar 1100 pound car car seems a waste to me...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Just do it. Don't let sensible people talk you out of your dreams.

The problem for us is we still can't even buy that sub yet ! We're placed on a wait list for them here in Canada. Has anyone even heard this beast yet ? I'd love to get a hold of this sub to show people but in the end, I don't think I can even sell one to any of my customer's because of the cost. Hey Blowntweeters, would you buy one if I had one in stock ?? MTX 22'' Jackhammer -- posted image.

Thanks, man... That means a lot to me. (Dave wipes the tears from his eyes - I promised myself I wouldn't cry...) Noone has ever considered me sensible... <sniff>

You could also try to stuff in a Bassault-R concert sub if you want to go this route.  It has 4-21" subs in it.  For either set up you will need to raise your roof up and upgrade your suspension to make this fit and your vehicle driveable.

Shipping on 360 + pounds on weight would be pretty hefty. Where do you live? MTX 22'' Jackhammer -- posted image.
