Sweet!
Who did you get to do the injection molding for you?

My surrogate son Eric who is a Model Maker for a medical firm made the parts. The parts are made from bar stock, Delrin AF, and not injection molded. Any quantity should be injection molded to reduce cost.
The parts can be mass-produced and sold if someone wishes to do so, you have my blessings.
I have passed on the drawings to Jeep for future consideration.

CAUTION!!
I have posted additional pictures of the installation on my web site in the Jeep page. http://mysite.verizon.net/vze6seqk/.
Those who are thinking of implementing door locks should be very careful and not stray from my design guide located on my web. You risk drilling into the window jam and cause major problems if the dimensions are not followed.
The installation was very easy and took about one hour per door. This is with rechecking everything twice before cutting.

The sliding door switches have a length of 2.5 inches and a width of 1.25 inches. I would be interested in seeing a picture of the installation on a 2003 Wrangler.
This is the space you have to work with. As I see it the maximum width is .38 inch for the switch and must be mounted as shown.
