2005 Chevy Avalanche 2 front windows once in a while get stuck half way. tryed low/middle/high setting for resistance. once in a while passenger window stops half way. Has anyone encountered this on this truck? Has anyone changed the internal resistor on the board to resolve this problem? Which resistors have to be changed on the board?I went into each door for the motor/switch, up & down. proper 12volts & ground supplied to the 530T's.

i had a similar prblem on my 87 Blazer. i uped the power wire gauge and it solved the problem. just run a nice 10g or 8g wire and you should be all set.
