Can i tap into this and add more relays to say cut ECU main power etc?

Yeah BUT remember  that whatever component you want to control will need its own relay so it can see the proper voltage when the alarm is not on. When you start the car or dis arm the alarm the ECM will see the juice so just make sure its the right voltage that it sees. Also if you are killing the ECM every time you arm the alarm its the same as unhooking the batt and you will have to reset any clocks etc in your car. Hope this helps.

I would probably use something like fuel pump disable or something along those lines so you aren't makin the ecu relearn the car everytime....they store alot of info in terms of Long term fuel curves and such
