Are you using the Passlock ground or a chassis ground for the PLXR ?

Black to Chassis Ground
Brown to Remote Start Status Ground
It actes like no Passlock, but I have confirmed it comes on under Remote Start.
I also made the PLXR come on and Started with Key, which should verify that the PLXR is Programmed........
1st time I have had this problem.....

Problem Solved..............
Guess I was just to quick on Programming the PLXR

i had the same problem with a 2005 colorado...i did not use  the plxr, i use 2 relays and the resistors that directech tells you to do..with the one that i did, when you stick the key in the ignition and then go to remote start it, it works fine....take the key out and after that, it will continue to remote start....but, when you start it with the key, the remote start doesn't want to work until you remote start it with the key in the ignition again.  i am in the middle of talking to several people trying to figure out what the hell.....the only thing i have figured out is that some of these vehicles work like a charm and others.....there are gremlins in the passlock....i have done a couple of colorados since then, and haven't had an issue. sooo, if you figure out something, i would LOVE to hear it.....

I know that this did not help your situation...but, i just wanted to let you know that you are not alone.......lol

anyway...good luck

kim
