I use Compustar.  And I'm 97% sure. I can double check that wire before I give the truck back.   Would that cause my problem?

make sure your outputs are putting out at the same time. The pink and white need power even during crank.  Orange is the one that drops out and comes back on.

Check them all.

as for interfaces I have never had a problem with gmdl-bp or gmbp interfaces.

The original post and problem I had with the security light staying lite was fixed by changing the bypass from a PLZAP to a PLXR. Works fine now. Thanks!
