Get the biggest one for your vehicle that you can afford.  You want one that puts out the most amps at idle (hot rated, not cold rated).  That amp can probably outdraw a 130 amp alternator, and you've got other accessories to keep in mind as well- headlights, heater, etc.

the 130 amp alternator runs 160 amp peak and 80 amps at idle is that enough

It depends on how you play your system.  If you keep it at moderate volumes, then yeah, otherwise, probably not.
