So I can't just hook up the b/w and b/o to the acc wire then ? I have to purchase a seperate relay?

I have tried everything, hood interupt, then ign on till lights go out, then off,on,off and press lock twice, does nothing all that happens is the led in the unit starts to flash and does not stop flashing. Is this the correct way to setup the remote??

Thanks Jeff

Dodge had these two wires isolated from each other for a reason, so I would just go and buy the $ 3.00 relay and be safe. Otherwise if you tie them together, you run the risk of overloading one of the two wires and burn out your BCM.

What model number ProStart do you have ? The Valet switch requires a 12 volt constant and needs to be attached to the RED wire on the P7 harness .

I have the 3300 model. The valet switch plugs into the module, it is not like the 3100. I spoke to Autostart and they said that there is 2 ign and 1 acc. So they said since the 3300 has an extra ign out option that that is all I need. No mention of the black and white wire or the BLACK/ orange....  not sure, I am going to try this. He also explained that the manual is written poorly and told me a trick to try for programming the remote. I will post when i find out if it works.....
