one more thing what gauge wire and size fuse would u guys recomend

2 of the Pioneer GM-7200M Class D amp should be good also, i don't think you will be able to find a pioneer amp that is 500 wrms at 1 ohm. check two of those amp and wire them as the picture below, and go easy with the gain setting. those amp is 360W x 1 @ 2 Ohms, and 2 of those sub are 240 wrms and wired in parallel is a 2 ohm load.

capacitor won't help if you have stock alternator, those amp the Pioneer GM-7200M have both 2 30 Ampere fuses. so at the two amp you have 120 Amperes and you still need an third amp for power your front stages. so i think it's better if you can put an HO Alt. and do the big 3.

u lost me mannn lol dont understand the lingo ???? lol and whats an HO alternator but i think i did understand u said to get 3 amps could u explain alittle bit more on that

HO Altenator= High Output Alternator. yes, you should have 3 amplifiers right? 2 amps for your 4 subs and 1 amp for your speakers or are you planning to power your speaker with your head unit(radio)? what car do you have?

Check with your local automotive eletrical shop see if you can get an upgraded re-build of your factory alternator.  bring it up to 145 amp or so.
