aux channel to the factory re-arm wire. use a neg pulse relay.
Factory Alarm Arm      blue/white to WHITE/ red        driver door module in door
so u got to run your wires into the door.
to make window go down , same thing with relay, but
Factory Alarm Disarm      BLACK/ red to white        driver door module in door

You have to run wires in to the doors anyway, to get the door locks

You need to double pulse the lock/arm wire and extend the 2nd pulse in order to get the windows to move.  A single (-) pulse won't do anything, besides lock the doors.

Your right, the door locks are by the fuse box, but I wasn't thinking of the wrong car, I was thinking of the wrong wire.  The OEM arm/disarm wire is in the door, which should be hooked up during any alarm install (for a complete install).

You must double pulse the OEM arm wire for the windows to rise.

yup, as long as that arm wire ends up getting its pulse, the window should go up

Hi, I just finally got mine to work. I assuming that all alarms are the same; in the wiring. What you do is you get your module and hook it up to your alarm. Red wire constant fused; black wire ground; and the wires to the windows according to the diagram on the module or instructions. On my car its for a 2 window and its an 80 Cadillac. Find the wire that powers up the windows; you cut it in half and wire the wire that goes to the motor to the green wire off the controller, the wire from the switch to the white wire off the controller. You repeat this for the other side Brown to swith side and blue to motor side. Now the activation wire, mine is orange and the accessory wire, pink on mine; this is how you connect it. Take the orange wire from the alarm"armed when ground" cut it in half. Wire the orange wire off the controller to the wire leading out of the alarm, take the pink wire off the controller and wire it to the other side of it, which goes to the starter kill relay. On some other modules these two wires are: yellow(activation) and the yellow/white or yellow/black(accessory). There was no need for realys or diodes as I was told. Once the alarm is armed you should see the windows go up. Hope this helps and let me know if I was of any help/assistance.

Hes not using the seperate module, because he doesnt need to.
hes using an aux channel to make the window go up
so he uses an aux channel with relay to power just one wire which is the factory rearm wire.
I did a 04 Honda awhile back and thats how it works

Yeah, triggering the WHITE/ red (up) and white (down) wires at the driver's power window switch should do it.
Take note that if the Honda's engine is running, it won't work.
Also, I'm pretty sure that immediately after shutting down the Honda's engine, there is a delay you must wait for, or just open and then close the driver's door.
