Ive done a search for a 2006 Impala but still need detailed diagram of how to add a remote start.  I have the wiring diagram from dei but has no attachment for how to interface the starter wires. Any info is apreciated.

Do not use yellow wire...
At EcM:
On the V6 models, the starter wire is in the blue plug, pin 26.
On the V8 models, the starter wire is in the black plug, pin 22.
The ECM (Engine Control Module) is behind the driver side headlight, in the air cleaner assembly.
There is a white wire and a WHITE/ black wire in the ignition harness, or the BCM, green plug, pins 2 and 4, that perform starter, second ignition, and key sense functions. No information at this time, if it is necessary to interface with these wires in addition to the PASS-key III+.
I may be lost but I am making good time.

I just reread the question and see what you are saying now. You are wanting to know if you need to cut the wire for the starter interrupt feature, etc. That is a whole different ball game... I would think it would be the same as usual, unless the ECM is using that wire to initiate a relay that powers the starter and it is negative trigger. Monitor the wire while having someone turn over the vehicle. That should tell you a lot right there.

I am trying to fiqure out if the same setup for the colorado and ion document#1603 will work on this car. How to make the vehicle remote start? Acording to the document the wire colors are the same. The only problem is that the impala tech sheet does not tell you to use this relay setup to remote start the vehicle.

I realize that.  This vehicle does not have the typical starting system. One wire performs 3 functions. Similar to the colorado and saturn ion. Can i use the same setup on the impala?

You don't need any of that fancy stuff.
Hook up ignition, accessory, and a proper bypass for the PK3+, and you're all set. No need to mess with the white or WHITE/ black wires.

Is it necessary to hook up the keysense wire if using a 556u?

No.
Connect ground, power, and ground-when-running (the blue wire).....leave the others unconnected.
