Topic is self explanatory. How do I wire these two DVC subs to this amp? With Jumper positioning on the subs.

Wire the subs' voice coils in series (Like Diagram A), to make each sub 8 ohms, then wire the subs in parallel at the amp, since it is a mono amp, only one channel. The amp should see a total impedance of 4 ohms; it puts out the same power at 2 ohms and 4 ohms, so it should be fine.
I have mine wired like I told you, but I am using the JL Audio 500/1, yours just puts out a bit more power.

I appreciate the reply but what do you mean wire in parallel at the amp?

Take the wire from the 1st sub (+ and -), and connect it to the amps (+ and -), then take the wire from the second sub and connect it to the same points on the amp (+ and -)...so both subs plus and minus will be going to the the same plus and minus on the amp.
