I need to know if hybrid wiring is different than a regular gasoline 2006 Toyota Highlander. Are than any dangers? I've never done a hybrid. I am looking to install an Audiovox remote start only. It's also a "Limited". Thanks for advice.

With all the hybrid vehicles that I've done, the wiring for the ignition have been the same. Just make sure that you disable the high voltage system that powers the electric motor in the engine.

Thanks guys. How do I disable the high voltage system? I have no experience in that.

I've never found any need to mess around with any of the high-voltage stuff. Just stay away from anything that's covered with orange insulation.
I've done a few remote starts on the Prius, not a Highland, but my co-worker has done a couple of Highlander Hybrids.
I believe the wiring is all pretty much the same. I think that the hybrid might have only one starter wire....not sure.
Just set the unit for voltage sense, no tach, and remind the customer to leave the climate controls on when parking........ as long as the climate controls are on, the gas engine will always automatically start.
I know you said you're installing remote-start-only, but don't forget that the Toyota remotes don't work when the ignition is on; you'll want to hook up aftermarket keyless as well.
