o.k the chrdaa bypass v.8.0 should take care of  door lock/unlock  trunk,factory alarm,and key bypass.

would the (green) + out  work as 2nd ign. wire ??

No for two reasons. First, that circuit will drop off during crank and you will need it to have 12volts during that time. Second, you need that green wire to power the heater controls, which are the first accessory wire...

12volts pink/black & red   +  ignition harness
Starter yellow   +  ignition harness
Second Starter     
Ignition blue   +  ignition harness
Second Ignition GREEN/ red (20awg)   +  ignition harness
Third Ignition     
Accessory BLACK/ orange   +  ignition harness
Second Accessory BLACK/ white   +  ignition harness
Keysense     
Power Lock WHITE/ green  +  conn. C4, pin 15 @ BCM
Notes: Lock is positive thru a 1800 ohm resistor, unlock is positive thru a 750 ohm resistor. Must use relays.
The BCM is attached to the fuse/relay box at the end of the dash on the driver side. Connector C4 is a 26 pin plug on the bottom edge of the BCM.
Can also use Directed 457C or 456L interface modules.
Power Unlock same wire    
Lock Motor ORANGE / black    conn. C4, pin 9 @ BCM
Notes: The BCM is attached to the fuse/relay box at the end of the dash on the driver side. Connector C4 is a 26 pin plug on the bottom edge of the BCM.
Unlock Motor blue/white    conn. C4, pin 13 @ BCM

All the door triggers are in connector C4 at the BCM. The drivers door trigger is tan in pin 5, and the front passenger door is tan/red in pin 6. Use both and diode isolate each.

the diagram is on page 2 of this thread

yellow=starter wire ?

brown=1st ign. wire ?

is there any way to tell if the alarm brain is fried, if some of the features still work? the shock sensor still triggers, the alarm triggers if the doors are open, but when i press the keypad to lock/unlock the doors they only lock and won't unlock and the trunk release operates when i press lock/unlock.  I thought maybe fried relay or something, but would like to find out if its the brain before i take the whole thing apart.  MADE A MISTAKE AND TOUCHED ALARM IGNITION WIRE TO GROUND!

hi dbell did you get the remote start working and if so can you teel us how u connected --

2nd ignition    , 1st ign. etc....

Ok got mine working I used the blue as 2nd ign. and make sure you ground all the other wires that need to be gound or it wont work .

the bypass works well all doors and trunk !!
