Thank you so Much for the diagram. I have a couple of questions thou. 1. On the tach wire (BLACK/ orange) I have 6.7 volts ac all the time it only varyies about .100 volts ac with the engine speed.  They say the paking light and dome light are -. when I go on the wire (GREEN/ black) I measure +12v.  I bought the realys from DEI. How do I go about hooking up the - parking and dome lights with a relay.  Thank you for your help.

The parking lights should read 12v when at rest, then ground when on. You don't need a relay to do this, connect the white  parking light wire to it and switch the light polarity jumper on the side of the 160XV to negative lights.

As for dome light supervision, no relay is needed there either. Simply connect the BLACK/ white wire on the 160XV to the RED / green wire on the back of the dash switch and your done....

The tach wire is correct and is giving you the reading it should. Remember, it's AC current....

I installed a 160XV in a 2005 toyota sienna. The only problems are. 1. I cannot figure out the door unlock deal. What wire goes where?  My main concern. with everything connected. you cannot start the car with the key in the ignition. you first have to unplug the remote relay from the "brains".  It will start with the remote starter thou. I have no clue what the deal is on it.

I'll have to go look but I think I didnt connect any wires to the key sence. My sienna does not have a transponder key also, just a plain metal key.
