2004 Honda Odyssey Confirmation

Hi All...    Just need a quick confirmation on interfacing with the door locks on a 2004 Odyssey EXL.. Looking at bulldog, and searching through the forum to get DirectWire, both sources show Power Lock, and unlock the same. BUT on directwire, the also show lock motor and unlock motor. Would i interface to just the BLACK/ blue and orange to allow power locks to work? Finally, i read somewhere that activating the power locks will actually arm the factory system. Can someone confirm this, or do i just have to hit the wire that will lock the doors, and not the factory alarm.
