Huh?
If you have no heat (blower motor) than it sounds like you missed the accessory wire. Here is what DEI lists for the 06 Solara:
Starter      BLACK/ white       +       ignition harness
Second Starter      BLACK / YELLOW       +       ignition harness
Ignition      RED / black or BLACK/ red       +       ignition harness
Second Ignition      BLACK / YELLOW       +       ignition harness
Third Ignition      N/A
Accessory      blue/red       +       ignition harness

You absolutely sure about that? Has been a while since I did a Solara, but I remember it having it. I just checked Audiovox, and Bulldog's sites...all 3 are listing the same information. It is rare that they would all have the same information listed and have it wrong.

The wire tested only carries 12volts during cranking. During the run period it has 0.37 volts on it. I didn't see another wire while we were working on the vehicle but it was late and we were already frustrated.  The vehicle will be back in on tuesday. If i have mistaken and there is a second BLACK / YELLOW wire could somebody please mention where it would be located, its not in the main ign. harness. Thanks.

The ignition switch wires have changed colors from 06 to 07 in the Solara. Avox website is down this morning, but i believe it's listed there. Usze a DVM, out of the wires there, there are 2 12volt wires(one a thin wire), 2 igntion(one thin), 2 start(one thin) and an accessory wire. You should be using all of these except for the thin 12volt wire...
