Thanks for the effort, Dave! Yeah, I think my next try is the Oregon company. On the phone with them right now, in fact.
Well, Rolland was sort of able to help me. He said that they did in fact get all of the KLW/Carver manuals and parts inventory. He does have them, but they are "buried in boxes". For anybody needing KLW/Carver audio repair, try contacting Rolland at Carver Audio Repair. He seems like a nice enough guy. Phone 503-618-7605.
::::EDIT::::
WOOHOO!!! I LOVE Elliott Sound! After even MORE poking around on the internet, with even MORE widespread search words, I was able to find this page... All I need to do is go poking around in there and find the capacitor values for the crossovers, then go backwards from there! I knew there had to be a way to figure the values!
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Well actually I do have a couple of KLW/Carver pieces, a center channel processor and an amplifier.  They are both stored away at home but I don't remember the model numbers.  Finding tech info on these old guys is very difficult...  I'll see if I can help ya.

I had that processor, along with the sub processor (which only seemed to add distortion), the 15 band EQ, and the rear delay processor.  Fun stuff.
