impala trunk tigger?

And the trunk trigger is in a gray 24 pin plug at the BCM and directechs says:
CHEVROLET, IMPALA, 2001, Trunk/Hatch Pin
is one RED / black?????????????

ok mike:i looking in my car the trunk tigger.....
this cable is red-black??
i have impala 2001:
before 8-10 minutes... my system alarm turn byselft why??
false alarm ,in the control screen show open door... but is not open..

That vehicle has a problem with falsing, did you diode isolate the trunk and door triggers?

That's what it sounds like. You gotta place diodes between the alarm and the BCM or it will false...

Yes. Another known issue that the tech-sheet people never seem to update.
Cut the car's RED / black wire in half.
Connect a diode to each side of the wire that you've cut......with the band of the diode connected to the "trunk" side, and the other side of the diode to the "BCM" side of the RED / black wire.
Connect your alarm's trunk-trigger input to the "trunk" side of the diode too.

You need to do this for all doors and the trunk to stop falses....

Hey, don't worry about your English. I'm learning Portuguese right now. What country are you from?
And yes, you should do the same with the blue and blue/white door triggers.
If it is easier for you, you can get the door trigger wires at the driver's side fuse box. There is a lot more space there....easier than working at the BCM.

yes...   i did...   but, in the bcm...   i not have space,,,,, to tie...........   tanks....   the system is working 100% gooood!
oh.. i from M E X I C O chihuahua... ...
the unlock   not need diode ??? just need resistor for lock....is fine..?
