spal has actuator controllers.  put the door up and program that to position one, put the door down and progam to position two.  without limit switches, the alarm won't know the postion of the actuator.  even the controller I told you about will require 2 inputs

why don't you want any limit or "micro" switches

Are you always going to use the actuators to open the doors?  Will the vehicle still have working door pins?

It would be fairly simple to make this work IF you still have door pins (if door is closed and button is pushed raise doors, if door is open and button is pushed lower doors).

ok I am just going to use two buttons for my actuator. I also have a solenoids in the door to open the latch then it swings out about 8 inches then the actuator pushes it up. then when you reverse the actuator it goes down and then you shut the door by hand its kinda a pain, but its what my customer wants.
