I have a Pyle 1200 watt dual coil 4 ohm sub and all I have for a box right now is a POS ratty sealed box that I made some half crap air ports in (the sub is new though).

how much bang can i get out of my sub? -- posted image.

Pyle 1200 Watt

Chrysler LHS w/ infinity 11 speaker factory system, 1200 watt sub on the way.

pretty good, 12oowatts, & the pics shows 1000.

Any sub only sounds as good as the box it is in. With that said, a crappy sub is still a crappy sub, & I have not seen pyle come out with anything above entry level since I was a teenager, & MTX was making the Terminator, Rockford had the series 1, Punch & power subs (both power & punch had the same cone), & HiFonics just blew everyones mind the the 300watt Hercules...& Pioneer just came out with the DEH-P1 LOL

Well not much Pyle kind of sucks, well not kind of actually alot. You won't get much bang sorry.

The answer is the question... They ARE, after all, PYLES... (As in piles of... well... let's just say the servers would filter my EVER so choice words)

How much "Bang" depends on how much Dy-NO-mite you use.

Low dollar/ low quality is just that.....

I think the flames on the cone are appropriate.

Alright, seriously though... their webpage doesn't list any specs pertaining to enclosure sizes or recommendations. I'd throw it in a large sealed box, give it the RMS power it is rated for, and be done with it.
