im having issues with the install. i have installed the alarm and used the d.e.i. db all module everything works but the starter kill and the remote start and i have no idea of where to start the trouble shooting.

you can start by posting what wires you have connected at the ignition harness. if the starter kill isnt working then you either have the wrong starter wire(did you test with a volt meter?)or you didnt split the starter wire with the purple and green wires from the remote start heavy gauge harness.

Everything is connected right. I have no volts coming from the Brain. So I have 12 going in from the key but nothing coming out of the alarm. So the green wire keyside power going in. purple wire starer nothing.

OK, if you won't help us by posting your present H3 wire connections, I'll take a few wild, blind guesses :

H3/2, H3/6 and H3/9 are not all connected to +12V constant.

The Viper is still in Manual Transmission Mode and the Viper is giving the 7 flash error code.

The Neutral Safety wire is not connected to chassis ground or the Neutral Safety Switch is not plugged in or the Neutral Safety Switch is not set to ON and the Viper is giving the 8 flash error code.

I'm getting the 7 flashes switch is plugged in and on, grounded.

Thanks for the help. I think I have a faulty unit. The programing didnt help still getting the mts fault.
