The following steps should help.
1. Stop typing in all caps - it's annoying and against the forum rules.
2. Quit freaking out - if you mean "taking a customer's car to the dealership" for them to bypass the immobilizer for remote start, that'd be a stupid thing to do anyway because the dealer won't help you.
If you mean for a deployed airbag or other severe damage, basic install precautions will pretty much prevent that.
If you mean for a check engine light, you can disconnect the battery for 5 minutes and it will go away.
3. More information about the specific BMW year and model you're trying to do an install on would be helpful. I'd suggest using the vehicle wiring search tool at the top right. If that doesn't give information, go to Bypasskit's web site and search for your vehicle. Assuming they list the 556U or any TBK model bypass as options, you should be allright. If they don't list any of those then I would recommend telling your customer you can't do this install.
4. If Bypasskit or Directed's wiring info for the car says a 556U will work, look in the 556U's instruction manual( available here if you don't have it) for the alternate wiring method that says "This method WILL work on European vehicles." Using that method with the 2-wire factory transponder antenna will work to bypass the immobilizer on your vehicle.

It does not matter as it is just connecting a loop. Pick a wire. I don't cut the factory wires, just strip them back....

I don't believe that will work - I'm pretty sure that you have to actually cut one of the wires and connect BLACK/ red & BLACK/ white to the side facing the factory antenna ring, and black to the side facing away from the antenna ring.
There was a Directechs document about this method of install a few years ago when I did a lot of their products; I think it was 1056 or 1060. Unfortunately it's not uploaded to this site, and I no longer can login to Directechs. It would be wonderful if someone would upload it (hint, hint). Said document specifically told you which of the 2 wires should be cut and connected to.
However since there are only 2 wires it shouldn't be hard to figure out which one via trial and error if it even really matters which one you use.

thanks forum

That's the one I was looking for...it looks like it doesn't matter which wire you use after all.
Weird too that I didn't find it searching for BMW? I guess the download search tool is probably case sensitive.
