I assume this is for the PATS Bypass... is there a module for the door locks also?  Or am I completely off track?

No mod needed for the door locks. The by pass is a dei 555f and if you can't get that one to work you would need to use the dei 555U.

The wire without keyless entry use pink / YELLOW for lock and pink/green for unlock. They are 5 wire reverse polarity mastered from the drivers switch and found in either kick panel. With keyless entry use the WHITE/ red for lock and the BLACK/ white for unlock. They are negetive trigger and will be found at the VSM ( vehicle security module) should be to the left of the brake pedal in the kick.

My bad, the VSM is located to the right of the accelerator pedal above the trans hump below the radio. and is not accesible from radio opening.

Also if the vehicle has keyless entry, the GEM shuts down after the doors have locked for a certain time fram. and you will have to "wake-up" the system. I'll get that info if you need it.
