first you start off by reading.
I personally started off by searching google for "fiberglass". THat will give you a TON of how to hits.
Once you do that feel free to ask more specific questions

Yep, I don't mean to sound like an ass or anything, but I've always found that google is the BEST place to find info on stuff like this. You'll find a bunch of different websites: all with different technics. This gives you a wider variety of ways to do it. You can choose which way is best for you.

it's not tough to pick up. im 17, and i picked it up pretty well on the first shot. you'll make mistakes initially even after reading how to avoid them, for example i forgot to use mold release on the first set of eclosures i didended with me ripping a lot of tinfoil off hardened glass. either way the best way to learn is to do it. you cant judge your favorite technique through reading. you really have to judge it off of experiencing it. google does have a lot of how tos on it, and there are basically unlimited resources for fabrication online. good luck, and post pics of your projects with more specific questions if you have them.
