I purchased the Alpine MRP-F250 amp and need help with the setup.

In front I have the Alpine SPR-17S which are the 6 ˝ Component 2-way with crossover included.

http://www.alpine-usa.com/US-en/products/product.php?model=SPR-17S

I have the SPS-17C2 in the rear doors. They have a Frequency Response: 35Hz - 30kHz

How should I set up the Amp?

In the front I have the amp’s crossover mode set to OFF
In the Rear I have the amp’s crossover mode set to HP and the crossover knob set to 80HZ.
I am using the GM factory Navigation head unit.
Does this sound correct? I will be adding Alpine 12” sub later this month.

Thanks for you help

You actually should set the front crossover to HP as well. Set to about 80Hz. Other than having the gains set correctly, you're good to go.

You will be adding a dedicated sub amp with the sub, right?

Yes I plan on :

2 - Alpine SWR-1222D DVC 2 ohm I will wire them series/parallel to have a 2 ohm load.

I am looking at the Alpine MRP-M1000 amp or MRP-M850 amp. I am still up in the air. I think this will round out my system.
