I am needing a box volume for a sealed box and a ported box with port size. The sub is a 8" Dayton RSS210HF-4 and the specs are as follows:
Le (mH) @ 1kHz: 0.68
Fs (Hz): 28.3
Qms: 3.08
Qes: 0.68
Qts: 0.50
Mms (g): 66.02
Cms (mm/M): 0.48
Sd (cm2): 219.0
Vd (liters): 197.1
BL (Tm): 7.76
Vas (liters): 32.4
Xmax (mm): 9
VC Diameter (mm): 51
Usable Frequency (Hz): 27-1000
I've got access to several and would like to put them to good use.

For sealed, try about 32.5 litres (1.1 cuft) and for vented try about 65.8 litres (2.3 cuft) ported @ 23Hz (2" diameter round port 5.5" long)

wow thanks for such quick response....i'm in the "toying" stage so I am open for all suggestions as far as for sq, spl, and so on. They are the High Fidelity series, not the High Output series, so yes I know I would probably be better of going sq with them
