r u talking about the kicker solo baric L5 8inch sub. those are dual 2 ohm and anyone knows that kicker has really really good stuff, especially the solo barics. i personally havent heard an 8" play, but i have heard a 15" though >< man those things hit hard and low, shook the whole store. if your looking to buy these subs..i would totally recommend you to them...what all do you have planned?

yes the kicker solo barics is what i am talking about..i did a search on them and there saying on different site dual 2 ohms on some and dual 4 ohms on others....i am putting two of these behind the seat of a 1996 chevy s10.straight cab the amp that i have is 300x2 @4 ohms and 370 x2 @ 2ohms rms.....if these end up being dual 2 ohms what is the best way to wire them to this amp? thanks again

how would that diagram work for two subs when the amp is 2 ohm stereo stable if i bridge it it is 740x1@4 ohms so if i wire the two subs like that and bridge the amp wont it mess it up since it is 2 ohm stable in stereo???????couldnt i wire them to 4 ohms each and run the amp to put out 300x2 @ 4ohms.

Wrong, sorry dude. It means these subs can be bought as one of two models either a dual 2 ohm model or as a dual 4 ohm model. I do not think (Kicker dealer speak up please) that the subs are labelled as to their impedance on the bcak, probably only by model#, this means that you will have to meter the subs to verify the impedance to find the right amplifier.
Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.

k but still though..state the amp model # and we could go from there, and tell you which is the best way to wire the subs. you prolly wouldnt need it, but just to be extra safe you know.
