I am looking to get a good mono amp for my next setup. For a bass amp would it be better to look at singnal 2 nosie ratio or distortion percent? it is hard to find a amp with more than 90 to 95 s t n ratio.  i planning on a eclipse ti 12 and  maybe a sound stream amp. The sound stream was rated at 115 on signal to noise ratio, thats the highest i have seen.

If your looking at a class D mono block amp disregard S/N ratio. They have lousy S/N ratio by design, but since your only amplifying bass it doesn't matter.
There is no such thing as free installation!
