hi guys! im installing a compustar remote starter unit into a 2007 infiniti fx35 with a intelligent key with the turn knob and im using the ads-al bypass. my question is do i need to wire the take over solutions wiring diagram? if yes, what is the best solution diagram to use for a automatic transmission?

That module should have you wiring a relay to interrupt a wire at the IntelliKey module, which will allow you to do a takeover (able to turn the know when you get in).

hey, so i dont need to do the take over solution wiring diagram for 2007 infiniti fx35. this is suv is a intelligent key with the turn knob not a push start button.

Make sure the ADS-AL CA is flashed with the ADS AL(DL) Ni Ver 6.21 firmware.  Follow the install guide.

No need to change from the Automated Take Over, it works fine.  Just give the customer a copy of the last page in the install guide ( page 67).  It explains the correct way to do it without causing any error lights / messages.

so i dont need to do anything on the take over solution,i just follow the type 2 diagram and thats it.
is it eAsy to remove the lower dash cover of 2007 infiniti fx35? how about the lower cover of the steering wheel?

two screws (10 mm head?)for the lower dash cover if memory serves me. hood release handle bracket? six phillips head screws for lower column cover.

in what programming procedure do i need to use to prgram the ads-al bypass if i have a intillegent key with the turn knob?

is it the basic programming or the push-start programming procedure?

If it's like the the 2011 Nissan Rogue I did recently, isn't there an actual ignition key inside of the Intelli-Key FOB?

the intellikey does use a key style knob in the ignition and if doesnt work you can remove the cover and use the metal key from the intellikey.

there is a metal key inside the key fob.

what programming procedure do i need to use? the push start programming or just the basic one?
