I have a bypass module for the transponder and cant figure out wiring, there are 2 loop wires, both are grey, 1 with a red stripe and 1 with blue stripe. My question is which wire do I cut in half? The instructions with it say to cut one but dosent specify which one, does anyone know, and there are 4 other wires that say to hook to the keysense wires but the car dosent have a keysense, 1 is constant 12v and other is ground and another says to hook to wire of alarm unit that shows ground while running, can anyone point me in the right direction of which wire on the alarm unit is a ground while running or can I hook it to a normal ground? The alarm unit is a "FM AUTOSTART" thanks in advance for any info

Your remote start unit will have a wire that provides a low current negative that is considered the 'ground while running' wire that connects to the bypass. If you connect it to ground permanently the bypass module will be on all of the time, eventually draining your vehicle battery and possibly causing the vehicle to see two transponders making it not start with a key.
What year is the Mini Cooper? What is the make and model of the bypass unit you are trying to install? It sounds like you are using a key-in-a-box style bypass but without the other information I am not sure what to recommend trying.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

Normally on a Min with regular key I would only use a DEI 556U wired for European Cars, i.e. no loop cut EITHER wire (it doesn't matter).
Problem is I've never heard of this alarm R/S.

the make of the bypass module is "Xpresskey" and the model is "tbxkey" also is there a way i can hook a relay up to the clutch to bypass is? the alarm is made for a manual transmission, or do i have to do the memorization process that came in the instructions?

you will a have to bypass the clutch temporally for remote start and the memorization process must be completed before each remote start attempt. it is a safety feature and a very important one on a manual.
it let's the R/S know that the vehicle is not in gear.
if you work around this and the vehicle is left in gear imagine the chaos and lawsuits you will face.
once you get use to the procedure you will not even think about it and you will just do it natural every time you get out of the vehicle.
remember do it right or don't do it at all

If it doesn't start with the key in the ignition you've done something wrong.
List what you connected to where.
