Go to the downloads section of this site. There is a install manual for the viper 5701. Should be similar to the 5704. The 5704 has a 24 pin harness wich is a combination of three or four connectors from the 5701.  The 5701 manual has a section on finding and testing the wires you need. Just have to compare the two and match them up.

Wiring info is a guide only and may not be a match to your car. Use a DMM to test and verify all wires before connection anything.

You will also need a bypass of one type or another.   And do a search on this site for your civic as ther may be info already posted that may help you.

How to do an alarm in an 04 Civic, remove the factory alarm, ID the wiring and join to your wiring.
