Ok, so I got the alarm in, but when I go to remote start it, it just clicks the relays, and that's it. I have the 555U hooked up, and acording to DEI I only need to connect theIgnition, and the Accessory up from the remote start.

From DEI:

Notes: Starter wire is not required for remote start. When the vehicle sees that the ignition wire has voltage and the accessory wire lose voltage, it automatically cranks the starter.

Also note:

There is a white wire and a WHITE/ black wire at the ignition harness that perform the following: key sense, second ignition, and starter (300ohms)

What kind of remote start are you installing?
I would suggest a couple things. First, try moving the 555U's antenna ring away from the key cylinder, putting the key in the ignition, and testing the remote start then. If it starts, then your problem is somewhere with the bypass. If not, check to make sure the accessory wire is not getting powered by the r/s as an ignition wire.

The new Malibu's have both Passlock II and Passkey III (transponder). Yeah thats right! They incorporated a transponder in the key for an factory immobilizer. Contrary to popular thought, the car won't start when acc. power is lost after ignition and acc are turned on. The car's computer must see the correct Passlock signal and only then will the car's starter be activated. The best option is to use a transponder based bypass for the key and a bypass designed for the Saturn Ion or new Colorado's for the Passlock II portion. It gets tricky, but it can be done.
