Hello, New to the 12volt's Electronics Forums. My question is : I have purchased a Galaxy 5000RS Plus

Security System w remote start. I have installed it but the Instructions are not real clear on whether

I need to Install Relays for my Doom Light, Parking lights or the Horn. This has been installed in a 2004 Dodge

Ram 1500 Pickup 2 Door. I hope you can Help.

Most systems require you to add a relay for the dome light , the (+) parking lights for the Dodge are WHITE/ yel (L), WHITE/ gray (R) found at the harness at top of driver fender & the (-) horn trigger is a dk. GREEN/ purple found at the horn switch. For the horn you can try a direct connection to the horn wire on the alarm system and if it doesn't engage it, then use a relay.
