What do the four smaller gauge wires connect to that's on the relay satellite of the 791xv. The colors are blue, orange, purple and pink. The wires looks to be either 18 or 20 gauge.

The blue is a status out put, orange is a acc wire, purple is a starter wire, and pink is an ing wire. they are small because they are used to trigger a relay to power the wire. only need them if the car has 3 ing wires or 2 acc wires like that.

Thanks pss507510. I believe I have 2 acc not sure about the ign wires. I'll check. 98 Expedition.

blue = ?

orange = acc

purple = starter side wire

pink = ign

Is this correct? What wire do the blue connect to?

the blue wire durring a remote start is ground. It is used to connect a bypass moduel to the remote start most of the time. It is the same wire as your blue/wht wire on the remote start harness.
Blue- Status(Ground When Remote Start)
Orange- Accessory
Purple-Starter Wire
Pink- Ignition

So I connect the small gauge blue wire from the relay satellite to my 555F immobolizer along with the WHITE/ blue wire from the 12-pin connector?

Anothe question, do I have to connect the mutiplexed input(blue) from the 12-pin to anything? If so, what do I connect to?

No the blue/wht wire in your remote start harness and on the 4 pin relay sat harness are the same thing. No you don't have too hook up that wire.

OK I finally made all my connections (so I thought) and still nothing.

Here some wires that are not connected:

12pin plug

RED / white = (-)200mA channel 2 validity output

blue = trunk

BLACK/ wht = (-)200mA domelight output

orange = groung when armed output

7pin plug no wires connected. Look like I just realized my problem. If any of these wires have to be connected let me know to what they need to be connected to.

blue = (-)200mA status output

ORANGE / blk = 200mA anti-grind/ground when armed output

violet = (-)200mA starter trigger

org = (-)200mA acc trigger

pnk = (-)200mA ign trigger

yel = (+) ign input to remote start

pnk/wht = 200mA programmable ign/acc trigger

OK I really feel stupid now. Let me know what goes where anyway.

6pin plug no wires connected

You don't *need* any of the wires you have listed for the 12 pin plug.  You need to connect the 7 pin ribbon harness from the brain to the relay pack.  You won't need the 6 pin harness either.

I'm sorry I do have the ribbon connected. I was just looking at the printout in the back of the book and thought they was talking about something else. Well so far everything seem to be right.  But the alarm does nothing.
