06 Toyota Avalon remote start

OK kinda of got it in, the vehicle will continue to run on the remote start but it will not start with the remote start, with key in the ignition still no start? Any ideas on what to look for or try...

I have it hooked up it will start with key but it appears ignition bypass isn't working to hot when started off of remote start only it will run for 10 sec than shut down.

If it remote-starts and runs for 10 seconds, it isn't the bypass. The transponder only comes into play when the ignition is first turned on......after that you could toss the bypass out the window and the car would keep running. If it's shutting down after 10 seconds.......... if using voltage sense, voltage threshold probably set too high.........if using tach, wrong tach wire, or tach rate not programmed.
